How Has Blue Cocoon Gone Above & Beyond?

There was an incident where a large multi-generational family forgot their ferry tickets at their hotel in Athens. The VIP section of the ferry was fully booked for their travel date, and the hard copies of tickets could not be re-printed or re-issued. Blue Cocoon located the missing tickets and sent a team member the same day to fly to Santorini to deliver them to the client’s hotel in Santorini so they could travel to Mykonos as initially planned.
