We are excited to announce that Executive Chef Axel Rüdlin of Avenue Montagne at the Park Gstaad has just been awarded “Hotel Chef of the Year” by BILANZ a Swiss business magazine. Axel Rüdlin’s experience roots from top restaurants in Germany, Austria, and most recently in St. Moritz before starting in December 2016 at Avenue Montagne. He has managed to enrich the culinary offerings of Gstaad with his strategy focused on fresh and local ingredients.
